A fire breakout has changed the route of this years Flying Pig Marathon.
At 5am, a house fire meant the race had to be changed at around the 22 mile marker. This also means that for the first time, this years marathon will be a little bit longer, the organizers having to re-route around the fire, according to sources this year it will be a couple of a tenths of a mile longer.
