The man suspected of killing Makayla Sitton has been caught.

Makayla Sitton was murdered as she slept, along with other members of her family last Thanksgiving. The man suspected of killing her, Paul Michael Merhige has now been captured, after spending the past month on the run.

He was captured in a small hotel in the Middle Keys, Florida.
Merhige was on the computer at the time of his apprehension, with US Marshalls arresting him without incident.

His arrest was assisted by his mugshot being shown on Americas Most Wanted. A caller gave the police information, which led to his capture earlier this week. His arrest and jail sentence, will not bring Makayla Sitton back, but this must offer a little bit of comfort to the Sitton family, knowing that this Monster has been caught.
