Paul Michael Merhige Captured.

The monster Paul Michael Merhige has finally been captured, after spending over 1 month on the run. Merhige, was captured in Florida Hotel by US Marshalls, following a tip off, after his face was shown on the US TV Show, Americas Most Wanted.

On Thanksgiving Day 2009, Merhige killed Makayle Sitton, along with other family members.
Merhige, also shot her father, before escaping from there house and fleeing.
After his face was shown on Americas Most Wanted, police received a tip off, which led to his capture, in the Florida Keys.

Police say Merhige shot and killed his 33-year-old twin sisters, Carla Merhige and Lisa Knight, both of Miami, along with his aunt Raymonde Joseph, 76, and his young cousin. Police said Knight was pregnant.

Authorities have said Merhige carefully planned the killings. Sitton has said Merhige was heard saying after the shootings that he had waited 20 years to kill the relatives.

Merhige sat through three hours of dinner and sing-a-longs around the piano before the shootings, Sitton has said. There were no arguments, warnings or red flags before the rampage, he said.

Police said Merhige was taking numerous medications, including Ativan, used to treat anxiety disorders.

Merhige is the 1,099th arrest of a fugitive profiled on "America's Most Wanted" over the course of the show's 22 years on television.

This is one of the most despicable crimes i have ever heard of, and i now hope that he receives the maximum punishment, the US law system can give.
