The woman who cried rape, causing the death of her lover by her husband, has been convicted of manslaughter. In late 2006, Tracy Denise Roberson's husband came home to find his scantily clad wife with another man, she convinced her husband she was being raped, but the man she was with was her lover, Devin LeSalle, who was shot by her husband.
Originally her husband Darrel Roberson, was arrested on attempted murder, but later the charges were dropped. During the 3 day trial, the defense attorneys blamed LaSalles death on Darrel Robersons rage and anger at finding his wife being allegedly being raped. Prosecuters found text messages from Tracy to LaSalle, inviting him round that evening.
