Sobering Thought - The Price of Heavy Drinking.

New Years Eve has now passed, and it is probably the biggest drinking day of the year for most people, but it does have it's downside. The heavy drinking culture in the UK, is having a massive effect on the UK's NHS health system. On a day when the Russian Government has raised the price of a bottle of Vodka, to try and stop the damage. Almost 50% of all deaths between the ages of 15 and 55, are caused by drinking in Russia, can other countries learn from this?
