Downloading Music is so simple, it's now killing off many music shops around the world.

In our modern times, we can now simply, click a button, and within a few minutes, have a full album, of our choice, without even leaving the house. This is very bad news for music stores, and within the next couple of years, we may see all but the major retailers, vanish from our streets.
It's not just music, but movies can also be downloaded, and this is also having a major effect also.

So what can these stores do to fight back?
It seems that most of these stores will have to go digital, and open online stores. This is however, difficult. Can smaller retailers compete with the giants of music such as Apple? We may have siad this around 15 years ago, but smaller retailers could always compete against larger staores such as Blockbuster.

The next couple of years will be crucial for such stores, and only if they start to offer something different, such as memorabilia, and other types of material, maybe then, we will leave the house again, and start spending our money.
