The Day Obamacare Died - Is The Dream Over?

Barrack Obama has been in office now for a year, but is the Obama Dream over, can he pull himself out of the wreckage, and salvage the Obama Ship?

People are calling today, The Day Obamacare Died, and for good reason.
You can be pretty sure now that, his chances of creating a National Health System, are now hanging by a small thread. Now, as a British National who lives in Spain, and has lived his whole life with free healthcare, i really have a hard time, understanding what the trouble is. How can a health system for free be bad, especially if it saves lives.
My whole family lives in the US, and today i think i finally understand, it's going to cost money, and a lot.

Now, i'm not stupid, maybe some people think i am, but i know you dont get anything for free, and governments pay for new systems with Taxes, and the vast majority of people don't want this, because it's going to make the country worse. The whole world is reeling in a recession, and taking money from hard working peoples pockets, is just going to make it worse, am i right?

My brother in law is now a happy guy, he never wanted this. He told me today, that politicians will now have to listen, i'm not really sure what he means, but maybe one day i will.
